Your subscription package includes:
- Telephone and email support during working hours
- LinkedIn user group – so you can keep in touch with other users
- Regular webinars – to keep you up-to-date with product news
- Free upgrades including cumulative patches, improvements and new features
- Online help centre – so you can get answers to questions anytime.
- Future proofing of your software- by continual adaptation of our software for new releases of Windows and major browsers
Your library management system support is included in your annual subscription fee.

Extra Technical Services
In practice we find most situations can be handled remotely and within your subscription , but if you do need out-of-contract technical assistance such as setting up your platform or data manipulation this is charged as follows:
- Full day – £780 plus travel expenses (where incurred)
- Half day – £390 plus travel expenses (where incurred)
- £99 per hour – delivered remotely
